She is the leader of the Immunology and Targeted Therapy discipline at the Gobroad Medical (Hematology) Research Center and the Dean of Research at the Beijing GoBroad Boren Hospital, GoBroad Medical Institute of Hematology (Beijing Center). She serves as the head of the Department of Hematology (General Hematology) and has been engaged in clinical work and experimental research in hematology for over 30 years.

She specializes in the integrated diagnosis (combining clinical history with various laboratory diagnostic techniques) and comprehensive treatment (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, traditional Chinese medicine, etc.) of all types of malignant hematological tumors, with a focus on personalized and precise treatment, especially proficient in the immunotherapy of hematologic tumors.

She is among the first in China to carry out immunotherapy, achieving an international leading level in the field of CAR-T cell therapy for refractory and relapsed hematologic malignancies, and has been recognized by the international academic community. Leading her team in collaboration with enterprises, they were the first in China to adopt the novel second-generation CD19-41BB-CAR-T cell therapy for refractory and relapsed acute B lymphoblastic leukemia. Subsequently, they jointly developed multiple targeted CAR-T therapies for hematologic malignancies, including CD1a, CD4, CD7, CD20, CD22, CD30, CD33, CD70, CD79b, CD123, CD138, CD371, etc. This makes it one of the centers with the most clinical CAR-T research cases and the widest variety of targets both domestically and internationally. Many research achievements have been presented at ASH, EHA, EBMT, JSH, and several papers have been published in prestigious journals such as Leukemia, Blood Cancer Journal, and the American Journal of Hematology.
